Purpose of planning

 

Writing a plan is not a goal. The plan is to explain the business plan to the client and obtain the documents agreed by the other party. In other words, the purpose of the plan is to let the briefing pass.


The specific process before a business case is implemented within the client or the company is: "thinking about the business case", "writing the plan", "making a briefing", "passing the business case", "implementing the business case".


What is the content of the adopted project? The three elements of the business case are listed below.

  1. "Do you impress the other party?" What is needed in this part is a "sentence story" that touches the other person's heart.

  2. "Does the other party benefit?" If there is no interest, no one should be interested. Remember, the plan that the other party does not feel the benefits is basically not going to pass.

  3. "Is there any evidence?" No matter how attractive the project is listed, if it is not reasonable to prove that it can be achieved, the other party will not accept the project.

 

 

This is the point!

The goal of the plan is to get the briefing through.

If the plan cannot impress the other party, it will not be adopted.
